Yes. Data migration from spreadsheets or other systems is included with every plan. Send us your export and we'll handle the import. There's no extra charge.

No contracts and no lock-in on monthly plans. Annual plans are billed once per year and are non-refundable after the first 30 days, but there's no multi-year commitment.

A user is any staff member who logs into the system — searchers, QC reviewers, typers, admins, leads, and data entry staff. Client portal logins (external clients who view their orders) are counted separately and listed on each plan.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

No. Every plan includes unlimited orders and unlimited counties. You pay one flat monthly fee regardless of volume.

Your data is stored on servers in the United States. Files (documents, attachments) are stored on Wasabi S3 object storage with CDN delivery via files.silverkrest.com. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
